Visit to the local garden center and their florist shop usually means I will be drawing another botanical illustration. My visit yesterday was no different, I picked up a few stems of Yellow Leucadendrons which I already started sketching. They have a simplicity to them, but their yellow colouring and touch of deep red outline at the very edges of the petals are beautiful and eye catching.
